 Portobello: Portobello mushrooms are one of the most edible mushrooms in the world and are sold under a variety of names and in different stages of maturity in brown, white, and off-white colors. 

Portobello mushrooms come in many different colors and sizes and are prized for their rich umami flavor and pleasant texture.


Portobello mushrooms contain B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, and copper.

 Oyster: The oyster mushroom is one of the most cultivated mushroom species in the world. It's called tree oyster mushrooms. Mushrooms grow on and near trees in temperate and tropical rainforests around the world. 

Oyster mushrooms are usually eaten cooked.

 Porcini: Porcini powder is commonly used to flavor soups and is sometimes added to flour when making bread or pasta.

Porcine contains antioxidants, including beta-carotene, ascorbic acid, and lycopene. They are also a great source of fiber and vegetable protein.

 

Some of the most common types of inedible mushrooms include:

 Amanita: Amanitas are highly toxic and poisonous to humans. Amanitas often have a white spot, a ring on the stem under the cap, a torn membrane (vulva) that tears as the cap expands, and a stem-like crown.

 Death Cap: This is a highly toxic mushroom and highly risky for our health. Its consumption can cause liver and kidney damage and death.

 Destroying Angel: If you've heard of the deadly white mushroom, you're probably familiar with the destroying angel mushrooms. It is also poisonous like Amanita. It is also highly toxic and bad for the health.


Additionally, it's always important to thoroughly cook any mushrooms before eating to reduce the risk of foodborne illness. So we should be careful about eating mushrooms.
